A month into the Pool Water journey for myself and helping friends and family get caught up - and Boy! - we are seeing some transformative results... really AMAZING!

I'll share some that have come in from Signal & Telegram groups I'm in, but first, we will start with me.

'Pool Water?! What in the world are you talking about?!' Is what I imagine you're thinking right about now... well, let me share with you this journey of my experience taking this thing called 'Pool Water'.

I've got this amazing friend over in Texas - Ann Marie - who was blogging about this new thing she found (which we affectionately call 'Pool Water') for her family, I was blown away by Ann Marie's results after taking it for 2 weeks I decided I'd guinea pig myself out.

I don't know about you, but these two photos pretty much speak for how effective the pool water has been, after only being on for 28 days.

The Beginning

What I did before getting started

2 Days prior I wrote down all my issues, mostly chronic, that I have experienced for the last few years and they were:

  • Headaches
  • Difficulty getting to sleep & staying asleep
  • Fatigue/Malaise
  • Myalgia (whole body muscle pain)
  • R) hip, neck and lower back pain
  • Eye floaters (vitreous fluid... or ? eye parasites)
  • Arrhythmia & palpitations
  • Jaw pain, teeth grinding
  • Chest discomfort
  • Shortness of breath on exertion and frequently at rest

Having been a trained nurse, I did a baseline set of observations & checked my weight. I'm also keeping a daily journal which I recommend everyone who intends on starting the pool water to do the same - it makes it easier to gauge what's improved since starting.

What Is 'Pool Water'?

You're probably thinking 'Pool water?!?! Annie! You have gone 'round-the-twist-barmy and/or bonkers!!', but when you've experienced chronic illness firsthand where western medicine intervention provides little/no answers nor solutions, you get desperate and will try almost anything! All my chronic illness sufferers... Can I get an 'Amen'?

My 'Pool Water' Testimony

I've been on the 'Pool Water' for a month now, but because this is SO unlike anything I've ever tried before to 'Heal Thyself' I wanted to make sure I was objective about the whole thing. So, 2 Days before starting I took a baseline set of observations (blood pressure, heart rate, weight, respiration & oxygen saturation) and wrote down a list of all the issues, mostly chronic, that I have experienced for the last 5-10 years.

My most persistent symptoms before starting 'Pool Water':

  • Headaches
  • Difficulty getting to sleep & staying asleep
  • Fatigue/Malaise (often needing a rest or a nap in the afternoon)
  • Sinus congestion (always one cylinder down)
  • Myalgia (whole-body muscle pain)
  • R) hip, neck, and lower back pain
  • Eye floaters (vitreous fluid... or ? eye parasites)
  • Arrhythmia & palpitations
  • Jaw pain, teeth grinding
  • Chest discomfort
  • Shortness of breath on exertion and frequently at rest
  • Sleeping with a pillow between my legs for hip pain

The First 30

What I observed in the first month...

‌‌‌‌Like I mentioned earlier, I had my list of all my ailments that were a weekly, if not a daily occurrence, and I was curious to see what on that list I could cross off completely.
Believe me when I say, it's sucked being a woman in my 20s & 30s only to feel like and experience ailments that elderly patients I used to nurse might've experienced.

Day 0 - 16 March 2022

Before photo:

  • Forehead - you'll see a wrinkle that runs right in the middle of my forehead
  • Eyes - the eyes themselves are foggy-looking and dull, the whites of my eyes are more like 'greys' than whites
  • Skin - my pores are quite obvious in the cheek area around my nose. My skin tone is peaked and almost grey.
  • Cheeks - look quite swollen - not ‌quite like when I had my wisdom teeth removed - but puffy.

17 March, 2022 (St Patrick's Day): Day 1 - first dose of the 'pool water' 3ml in 200ml of water before bed. Obs: BP - 111/69, HR - 77, O2Sats - 98%

24 March: Day 8 - I woke 2 hours before my alarm, and didn't feel the need to eat much.

28 March: Day 12 - noticing that I'm alert earlier, waking at least 1 hour before my alarm goes off. Falling off to sleep easier. My brain fog & energy levels are greatly improved first thing in the morning.

29 March: Day 13 - noticed my underarms didn't pong (had recently run out of deodorant too)!

4 April: Day 18 - on my monthly cycle, was very painful, that said I had sustained energy and achieved more than I usually would during my time of the month.

12 April: Day 26 - energy levels continue to be sustained, sleeping only 6-7 hours and still waking by 0630hrs.

Day 26 photo:

  • The whites of my eyes are actually 'white'
  • The wrinkle in the middle of my forehead isn't as deep
  • Pores are smaller (look at cheeks near the end of the nose)
  • Eyes are clear and bright, circles under eyes aren't as dark or sunken
  • My cheeks aren't as puffy
  • Complexion is pinker
Day 0 (left) Day 26 (right)

14 April: Day 28 - amping up the protocol because even though my energy is drastically better, I've not noticed any improvement with my heart and joint pain... YET!

6 Weeks In

I've made it 6 weeks into drinking SEE-DEE-ESS and my energy has been consistently better.

It's the incidental things I didn't even consider writing down that has improved more than anything else...

...such as:

  1. no longer requiring a cushion between my knees when I sleep at night to alleviate my hip pain
  2. my fingernails are growing faster and are stronger
  3. My jaw isn't as tense as it used to be, and I'm not grinding my teeth while I sleep anymore
  4. I don't wake with sleep in my eyes anymore

25 April 2022 - I started Protocol C, which is dosing every hour. Early days... I'll keep you posted!
